Know Your Self #1
When you feel cant absorb a lesson, it might you already fulled with any lesson. Process the previous idea first then you can absorb more lesson
Try to reflect on what's happening, write it down one by one and think about it. You may need some time to contemplating or daydreaming (try meditate with what you've written). You might need some coffee, smoke, and some audio like music or unwatched tv just to kow you are not really alone. Then you need to process all the thought that you've written. You also need conversation, then contemplate, then conversation after your burden become more less. it takes a while to get rid all of the burden

- Contemplate
- Music, Coffee, Smoke
- Conversation
- Dont forget to get some exercise! (The Routine Pillar!)
The key is to proses the thought, just think all your thought and maybe write it a bit to get on track
